Freebies2deals.com

I love to follow Freebies2deals.com to get great deals on lots of items. The website has introduced me to two great site- City Deals and Restraunts.com. I have saved tons of money by getting gift cards to places we eat out regularly at discounted prices. I have also found deals on groceries and on games and toys for my kids. I am planning on Santa bringing a Wii for christmas and I have gotten accessories and a charger station at great deals from Freebies2deals.com. It is a great site and saves me tons of money!

Moffat Family Update

I had the thought of posting something on our blog and realized I didn't even remember what it was. Tammy helped me out. That's a bad sign. We need to do better.

We finally got a family picture, even though Lexi isn't looking and Ryan always has a fake, forced smile. This one was the best one we could rummage up after some 500+ shots in three different settings.

Ryan just turned 5 and Lexi is coming up on 2. The kids are both excited for the Holidays. The recent snow was cause for a lot of excitement and getting into the "season".

Today we had a fun day with the families. We had dinner and participated in the traditional gingerbread making at Dad and Mom's. I think there were 8 separate houses built. It was a lot of fun. Lexi was suprisingly accomodating and non-destructive. Come to find out Daniel was placating her with whoppers and M&M's while she sat right next to us. There's lots of truth to kids needing to be seen and heard. It also helps when adults act like adults, not kids - Daniel!

We are looking forward to a great Holiday season and being with the family. It's a great time of year.

Happy Holidays Everyone (that's basically Tammy and I and maybe our one reader, thanks Mom).

Family Photo

Here is the most recent photo of our family (taken 7-5-08). Ryan is three and a half and full of life. Lexi is almost seven months and an angel.

We enjoyed the 4th of July Holiday. Ryan had his first adventure at Lagoon and loved every minute of it. He went on scary rides and as with everyting else, showed no fear.

Lexi started sleeping through the night and we are loving it. She is happy all of the time and shows signs of being a high energy, active "go-getter" like Ryan. She is enjoying eating baby mush and taking big girl baths with her brother every night.

Summer Time

We're giving this blog thing a try. Hopefully it will keep Dad and Mom up to speed while they are gone as well as give everyone else a little glimpse of what we are doing.

Ryan loves being outside and stretching his legs and building his "huge muscles" and Lexi really enjoys playing in her exersaucer. Ryan is always a big help on all of our projects around the house and yard. Our newest project is building a sand box for the kids. Hopefully we'll have it done in the next week.

Lexi is growing and learning. She loves to snuggle and be munched. She is definitely a "Daddy's Girl" according to Mom. She is getting quite the grip. There seems to be nothing she would rather do than sit in the bathtub or pool and splash. She loves water.
Ryan loves his littl sister. He does a great job playing with her, taking care of her and of course, protecting her from Skeltor and Maleficent and countless other villains.

They are both growing and learning so much.
